The S25FL164K0XNFI011 is a 64Mb Flash-NOR Non-volatile Memory with SPI interface. This is a CMOS 3V flash non-volatile memory serial peripheral interface (SPI) with multi-I/O. The command subset and footprint compatible with S25FL-K, continuous and wrapped read modes and an efficient eXecute-In-place (XIP). The FL serial flash memory offers a reduced pin count for lower system cost while providing optimal read/write performance.
