The MC100EPT20DG is a 3.3V TTL/CMOS to Differential PECL Translator uses PECL (positive ECL) levels so only 3.3V and ground are required. It is ideal for those applications where space, performance and low power are at a premium. The 100 series contains temperature compensation.
