The TPS79650DCQR is a 5V fixed output low-power low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator features high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR), ultralow-noise, fast start-up and excellent line and load transient responses. The device is stable with a small 1µF ceramic capacitor on the output. The device uses an advanced, proprietary BiCMOS fabrication process to yield extremely low-dropout (LDO) voltages. The device achieves fast start-up times while consuming very low quiescent current. Moreover, when the device is placed in standby mode, the supply current is reduced to less than 1µA. Applications with analog components that are noise sensitive, such as portable RF electronics, benefit from the high PSRR, low noise features and need fast response time.
● 53dB at 10kHz High PSRR
● 50µs Fast start-up time
● Green product and no Sb/Br
