The SN74ACT00N is a quadruple 2-input positive-NAND Gate contains four independent circuits. Each gate performs the Boolean function of Y = (A • B)\ or Y = A\ + B\ in positive logic. The device operates at a voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5V and features inputs accept voltages to 5.5V.
