The NCP3063DR2G is a higher frequency monolithic DC-DC Inverting Switching Converter consists of an internal temperature compensated reference, comparator and a controlled duty cycle oscillator with an active current limit circuit, a driver and a high current output switch. This is specifically designed to be incorporated in step-down, step-up and voltage-inverting applications with a minimum number of external components.
