The FDMC86160 is a N-channel MOSFET produced using Fairchild Semiconductor"s advanced PowerTrench® process. It has been especially tailored to minimize the ON-state resistance. It is well suited for applications where ultra-low RDS (ON) is required in small spaces such as High performance VRM, POL and O-ring functions. It is suitable for bridge topologies and synchronous rectifier applications.
