The CD74HCT125M is a CMOS logic high-speed Quad Buffer with 3-state outputs. This device contains 4 independent three-state buffers, each having its own output enable input, which when "HIGH" puts the output in the high impedance state. This buffer features 10 LSTTL loads standard outputs and 15 LSTTL loads bus driver outputs. Operates at -55 to 125°C wide operating temperature range with 2 to 6V voltage.
