DESCRIPTION
●The UTC ULN2003are high-voltage, high-current darlington drivers comprised of seven NPN Darlington pairs. All units feature integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads.
●Applications include relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers.
