The TS78L09CX RF is an inexpensive easy-to-use Positive Voltage Regulator with 9V voltage. It is suitable for a multitude of applications that require a regulated supply of up to 100mA. This regulator features internal current limiting and thermal shutdown making it remarkably rugged. No external components are required with the device in many applications.
