The TS3704IPT is a micro-power quad CMOS Voltage Comparator with extremely low consumption of 9µA typical/comparator. The push-pull CMOS output stage allows power and space saving by eliminating the external pull-up resistor required by usual open-collector output comparator. Thus response times remain similar to the LM339.

● Extremely low supply current - 9µA per comparator
● Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
● 10¹²R High input impedance
● 2µs for 5mV Overdrive fast response time
● Pin-to-pin and functionally compatible with bipolar LM339
