Use this high side switch and usb power distribution switch TPS2042BQDRQ1 USB powered Ethernet switch from Texas Instruments to control which one of your devices draws power. This will operate at a minimum voltage of 2.7 V and a maximum voltage of 5.5 V, making it easy to control the power in your circuit. Its current limit is 1.25(Max) A.
