The TPD1032F(TE12L,Q) is a 2-in-1 low-side Power Switch for use with solenoid and lamp drive. It has a vertical MOSFET output which can be directly driven from a CMOS or TTL logic circuit (e.g., an MPU). The IC is equipped with intelligent self-protection functions.
● Can directly drive a power load from a CMOS or TTL logic
● Low drain-source on-resistance - RDS (ON)=0.4R (maximum) (at VIN=5V, ID=1A, Tch=25°C)
● Low leakage current - IDSS=10µA (maximum) (at VIN=0V, VDS=20V, Tch=25°C)
● Low input current - IIN=300µA (maximum) (at VIN=5V, Tch=-40 to 110°C)
