The STM32F373VCH6 is a STM32 F3 series 32-bit Microcontroller incorporates the high-performance ARM Cortex-M4 RISC core operating at a frequency of up to 72MHz and embedding a floating point unit (FPU), high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 256kB and 16kB of SRAM) and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses.
