The SN74LVC07ADR is a Hex Buffer/Driver with open-drain outputs. This hex buffer/driver is designed for 1.65 to 5.5V VCC operation. Ioff supports live insertion, partial-power-down mode and back-drive protection.
● Inputs and open-drain outputs accept voltages up to 5.5V
● Maximum TPD of 2.6ns at 5V
● Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17
● Green product and no Sb/Br
●Device has limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
