The SN74HC05DR is a Hex Inverter with open-drain outputs contains six independent circuits. This device performs the Boolean function Y = A\ in positive logic. The open-drain outputs require pull-up resistors to perform correctly. This device may be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions.
