The S34ML08G101TFI000 is a 8GB NAND Flash Memory for embedded and it is offered in 3.3VCC with x8 I/O interface. The NAND has open NAND flash interface (ONFI) 1.0 compliant and also features address, data and commands multiplexed. It offers reliability of typical 100000 program/erase cycles, typical 10 years of data retention, blocks zero and one are valid and will be valid for at least 1000 program-erase cycles with ECC.
