The S25FL064P0XNFI001 is a 64Mb Flash-NOR Memory with SPI IC interface. One time programmable (OTP) area for permanent, secure identification can be programmed and locked at the factory or by the customer. The CFI (Common Flash Interface) compliant allows host system to identify and accommodate multiple flash devices. The FL serial flash memory offers a reduced pin count for lower system cost while providing optimal read/write performance.
