The NCV4274ADS50R4G is a 5V fixed output precision micropower voltage Linear Regulator with an output current capability of 400mA. The output voltage is accurate within ±2% with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.5V with an input up to 40V. Low quiescent current is a feature drawing only 150µA with a 1mA load. The device is protected against reverse battery, short circuit and thermal overload conditions.
● 60V Peak transient voltage with respect to GND and -42V reverse voltage (fault protection)
