The NCP81074BDR2G is a small, high speed, low side MOSFET driver with 10A sink/source capability in 8 pin SOIC package. This single channel, low side MOSFET driver is capable of providing large peak currents into capacitive loads. It can deliver 7A peak current at the miller plateau region to help reduce miller effect during MOSFETs switching transitions. The device exhibits a split output configuration allowing the user to control the turn on and turn off slew rates. It is typically used in isolated bricks, telecom, data centre equipments and secondary synchronous rectifier, server power, telecommunication, data centre power, switch mode power supply, DC to DC converter and power factor correction applications.
