The MCT61 is a 2-channel 8-pin general purpose Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a NPN silicon planar phototransistor. It is suitable for twisted-pair line receiver, digital logic/AC TRIAC control, high frequency power supply feedback control and power supply monitor.
