The MC9RS08KA2CSC is a 8-bit General-purpose Microcontroller based a very small and highly efficient RS08 CPU core with CISC architecture. The device is composed of standard on-chip modules including 63byte internal RAM, 2kB internal flash, an 8-bit modulo timer, five keyboard interrupt and analog comparator with full rail-to-rail supply operation.
