The MAX3001EAUP+ is a ±15KV ESD protected, 0.1µA, 8-channel low voltage level translator in 20 pin TSSOP package. This device allows data transfer in a multi-voltage system. Externally applied VCC and VL voltage sets the logic levels on either side of the device. Logic signals present on the VL side of the device appear as a higher voltage logic signal on the VCC side of the device and vice-versa.

● Supply voltage range is 1.65V to 5.5V

● Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C

● Data rate of 4Mbps

● Bidirectional level translation without using a directional pin

● Operation down to +1.2V on VL

● ±15KV ESD protection on I/O VCC lines

● Ultra low supply current in shutdown mode is 0.1µA
