The M93C86-WMN6P is a 16kb Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory (EEPROM) device accessed through the MICROWIRE bus protocol. The memory array can be configured either in bytes (x8b) or in words (x16b). This device operates within a voltage supply range from 2.5 to 5.5V.
