The ITS4141N is a single channel smart high side power switch in 4 pin SOT-223 package. This high side power switch with integrated vertical power FET provides embedded protection and diagnostic functions.

● Short circuit, overload and overvoltage protection

● On-state resistance (Ron) of 150mohm at Tj = 25°C and IL = 0.5A

● Overvoltage protection (Vbb(AZ)) of 47V

● Operating voltage (Vbb(on)) from 12V to 45V

● Clamp of negative voltage at output with inductive loads

● CMOS compatible input

● Undervoltage shutdown with auto restart and hysteresis

● Reverse battery protection with external resistor and thermal shutdown with restart
