The HMC329LM3 is a GaAs passive Double-balanced MMIC Mixer which operates between 26 to 40GHz. The mixer can be used as a down-converter or up-converter. Excellent isolations are provided by on-chip baluns. The chip requires no external components and no DC bias. Utilizing the HMC329LM3 eliminates the need for wire bonding, thereby providing a consistent connection interface for the customer.
