The HEF4001BP is a quad two input NOR gate in 14 pin DIP package. The outputs are fully buffered for highest noise immunity and pattern insensitivity to output impedance. It operates over a recommended VDD power supply range of 3V to 15V referenced to VSS (usually ground). Unused inputs must be connected to VDD, VSS or another input.
