The CD74AC20E is a dual 4-input NAND Gate. This device performs the Boolean function Y = (A • B • C • D)\ or Y = A\ + B\ + C\ + D\ in positive logic. The device features 1.5 to 5.5V operation and balanced noise immunity at 30% of the supply voltage.
