The ADS1252U is a 24-bit Analogue-to-digital Converter operates from a single +5V supply. The delta-sigma architecture is used for wide dynamic range and to guarantee 24 bits of no missing codes performance. Effective resolution of 19 bits (1.5ppm of rms noise) is achieved for conversion rates up to 40kHz. The precision wide dynamic range delta-sigma ADS1251 is designed for high-resolution measurement applications. The Resolution Plus low power converter includes a flexible, 2-wire synchronous serial interface for low-cost isolation.
