The AD7660ASTZ is a 16-bit PulSAR® Uni-polar CMOS charge redistribution SAR Analog-to-digital Converter (ADC) that operates from a single 5V power supply. The part contains an internal conversion clock, error correction circuits and both serial and parallel system interface ports. It is hardware factory-calibrated and is comprehensively tested to ensure AC parameters such as signal-to-noise ratio and total harmonic distortion, in addition to the more traditional dc parameters of gain, offset and linearity.
