KTY84/130 - NXP Function Overview

●The KTY84/130 is a silicon temperature sensor in 2 pin DO-34 package. This temperature sensor has positive temperature coefficient of resistance and are suitable for use in measurement and control systems.
● High accuracy and reliability
● Positive temperature coefficient, fail safe behaviour
● Long term stability
● Virtually linear characteristics
● Nickel plated leads
● Sensor resistance range from 970 ohm to 1030 ohm
● Ambient temperature range from -40°C to 300°C
●This device is sensitive to ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD). Therefore care should be taken during transport and handling.
