●The KTY81/210 is a silicon temperature sensor in 2 pin SOD70 package. This temperature sensor has positive temperature coefficient of resistance and are suitable for use in measurement and control systems.
● High accuracy and reliability
● Positive temperature coefficient, fail safe behaviour
● Long term stability
● Virtually linear characteristics
● Sensor resistance range from 1980 ohm to 2020 ohm
● Ambient temperature range from -55°C to 150°C
●This device is sensitive to ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD). Therefore care should be taken during transport and handling.
